Man Power Ministry (MPM’s FELLOWSHIP)
We are a collective of brothers, destined for the divine, linking arms to create a legacy of better leaders, fathers, and husbands.

Mission Statement:
“Empowering, Equipping, and Discipling Men for Kingdom Impact in the 21st Century”

Vision Statement:

It is the vision of MPM to impact and empower the male believer with transformative truths that enable men to experience a richer fuller relationship with Christ. Our approach is a practical, pragmatic assessment of obstacles and the removing of blockages that have historically deterred them from being successful in Kingdom growth. It is our vision to enhance and guide men into Biblically sound relationships in their families and churches by making continual deposits into their spiritual, emotional, and economic development as they seek their rightful place in the Kingdom of God!

Purpose:

MPM’s overall purpose is to develop men into becoming passionate disciples for Christ. Our desire is to move from just a Men’s Ministry, to a Ministry “To” Men. This move will require a mindset and process change that begins from the very first day a man joins our church.

Men are the pillars of society and the primary purpose of the Men’s Fellowship is to lead men to God and for them to mature in Christ. The Mens fellowship realises the need for men to come together to discuss and develop their skills and abilities as husbands and fathers to lead their families in the Biblical way amidst so much confusion that plagues society.

OBJECTIVES:
  • To intercede for the men and the church
  • To encourage men to take part in church ministry
  • To encourage men to attend church programmes regularly e.g. church services, afternoon services, midweek services, prayer meetings and other relevant programs
  • To encourage men to get involved in fundraising ventures to support the church
  • To encourage effective communication among the men.
  • To help one another achieve individual and corporate goals.
  • To continue supporting the church in its programs of outreach.
  • To build strong relationships. To have continual prayers as a team.
  • To fundraise resources for development purposes.
  • To strengthen outreach programs.
  • To encourage group work and skills training.
  • To help meet needs within the men’s fellowship
  • DAUGHTERS OF ZION (GOOD WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP)

Daughters of Zion is a fellowship that is made up of married women and matured ladies. It centers on relationships between women, whether it is mother to daughter, sister to sister, or friend to friend.  Emphasis is also placed on wholesome interaction with the significant male counterparts in our lives.   It is strategically designed to touch, empower, include, involve, and encircle every woman of Soteria City International Gospel Church.

The vision is to be “united through love”. and to build women up spiritually, physically, emotionally, financially, mentally and socially. They meet to travail in prayers for the families, marriages, children and the church at large. They also meet to socialize and discuss topical issues.

Every woman who is a member of Soteria City Int’l Gospel Church is automatically a member of good women’s fellowship. She participates in good women fellowship by giving back to the church either financially or by volunteering her services in other ministries such as Ushers, Greeters, the Children’s Ministry, or another labor of love within The Potter’s House

At Soteria City Int’l Gospe Church, we believe children are a blessing to us all and God has given them to us for His glory and purpose. To this effect, our mission is to help each child discover their God-given potentials through forming a personal relationship with Jesus Christ by accepting Him as their personal Lord and Saviour. Our programmes and activities are designed to help accomplish that mission. Children are taught age-appropriate lessons in each class to enlighten and challenge their young minds to be ambassadors for Christ everywhere they go. All our teachers are well trained, committed and CRB-checked. The department is fully stocked with modern toys.

We delight in providing our children with a true experience with God, which is accomplished through sound, biblically-based teaching, in a fun environment and a teaching staff that loves children, and are quite simply, the best at what they do. On a weekly basis, we teach our children the core values of Destiny World: I am Destined, Effective, Strong, Teachable, Intelligent, Noble . . . Yours Lord!
